Coincidence? Perhaps not.

The Six-Day War occurred around June 4 - June 10, 1967. Nearly all of Israel's "neighbors" surrounded this little country, expecting to easily wipe it off the map.

However, God had other plans, and the State of Israel was victorious in this skirmish. Centuries ago, God had predicted in the Bible that the nation of Israel would once again appear, and after that, it will never again be destroyed, no matter what its enemies think or try to do.

Now, exactly 40 years later, a huge and highly unusual storm appears in the Gulf of Oman and--also not coincidentally--is expecting to make landfall in IRAN.

One is reminded of hurricane Katrina, the most destructive storm to ever hit the United States. It occurred shortly after Israel's disengagement from Gaza, and was perceived by many to be a divine judgment on the U.S. for its part in the division of God's land.

As this is the 40th anniversary of the Six Day War, and 1 year before the 60th anniversary of the birth of Israel, perhaps God is reminding Arab nations of their harsh treatment of His people Israel, and what to expect if they continue down this path...by sending the biggest storm to hit the Arabian Peninsula in 60 years!
