Judge wants everyone in UK on DNA database

Now this is really scary, but is where it's all headed.

First they DNA profile convicts and prisoners, then the military, then potential suspects in crimes, then families of missing children...soon it'll be everyone.

And don't think the U.S. isn't close behind:
