With this birth, this woman now has TEN, count 'em, TEN! children at the age of 27!
Amazingly, the babies all seem healthy and their birth weights ranged from 3.2 pounds (a decent size for a multiple) and 6.17 pounds!
But come on...human beings weren't designed to have LITTERS for pete's sake!

Home heating crisis looms
Just when I thought I might be able to catch a breather once the hot Dallas summer is over, it looks like it won't be happening.
I live in a one-bedroom apartment with "den" (aka computer room), and am on the top floor of a 3-floor building. Between the relentless Texas sun, and rising heat from the rest of the building, I was in for a shock when I opened my latest electric bill.
It was over $300!!!
I about had puppies on the spot.
Now typically, off season (e.g., not summer), my electric bill runs about $75 - $100. That's doable. But this $300 a month stuff for my little abode about borders on insanity.
My dream is to build a zero-energy, high-efficiency house, where electric bills won't be a problem, but with expenditures like this, on top of $4.00/gal gas prices, and the soaring prices of food, HOW am I ever going to reach that goal in the first place?

Gas prices decline for 30th straight day
Until prices get down to around a dollar-something, $3.50 a gallon is actually not much better than $4.00 a gallon! In this way, it's all relative...they make us think we're getting some kind of bargain at $3.50 a gallon.
