This is MUCH of what's wrong with the Democratic party and Obama in particular.

We saw this with Bill Clinton too. The Dems are too close to Hollyweird, which is overly biased to the left, and overtly fawned over by the MSM, so in effect, there's little to no objectivity at all when it comes to the Democratic party.

HOWEVER, the GOP will have its own array of stars, albeit not quite as 'shiny' as those for the DNC.

'Obsession' the movie

This is a movie that Obama, Biden, McCain and his running mate should ALL watch and heed the information in it.

True, not all Muslims are terrorists, but so far all terrorists have been Muslim.

Gosh, has it really been 25 years since "War Games" came out?

I remember as I watched this movie I really got that nervous butterflies-in-the-stomach feeling watching WOPR (aka "Joshua") destroy the world, albeit virtually.

Seeing the movie with 2008 eyes (after forcing oneself to look beyond the fashions of the early 80s as well as Ally Sheedy's overacting), the movie holds up well. It still hits home today, what with the now-ubiquitous internet and the thousands of global guerilla-like hackers continuously bent on getting into any and every security system and wreaking havoc therein.

Personally, I have never understood that way of thinking, but then, my mama brought me up right. :)

I give the movie two thumbs up. Check it out.

The 'real' MLK?

While I agree that Dr. King was a great man, and did great and wonderful things, it seems the Left has ceremoniously used the legacy of Dr. King to their own advantage (especially where Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton *shudder*)

Funny how "peaceful demonstration" is always misinterpreted as a threat.

There is NO NEED for this--they're teenage girls for crying out loud. It's wrong, wrong, wrong.
