If Colorado is anything like Texas where I live, it's a RIGHT TO WORK state, and they can fire you and hire you for ANY REASON AT ALL.
If they left work and then did not show up when they were supposed to, then too bad.
Once again, they are PUSHING THE ENVELOPE, using our own laws against us!
