While the thought processes of these 2 "modern day ninjas" is commendable (to rid their community of drug dealers), these are young adult men who are stuck in "emotional immaturity" of living out their lives through comic books and anime, and are not in touch with reality.
"Ninjas" are for make-believe and dress up, and are not appropriate for real life.
