I'm no psychologist, but I have known, and have worked for, people in my life who are classic over-achievers, usually stemming from some tragedy early in their lives, in order to prove themselves "worthy."
Barack Obama may be one of these. Along with "Frank," was any of this information acknowledged in either of his books?
